AVR Arakawa type NCX adalah jenis AVR dengan sistem regulasi contactless AVR (motionless AVR). Voltage Stabilizer Arakawa mampu meresponse perubahan voltage dengan baik dengan response time <40ms. Selain itu voltage stabilizer Arakawa juga mempunyai efisiensi yang tinggi >98% sehingga sangat sedikit energy terbuang sehubungan dengan aktivitas regulating tersebut.
